The hummus, tahini, and tzatziki were amazing. The falafel was drizzled with a little balsamic which just made the whole dish pop. The pita was the absolute fluffiest. And oooh, the pickled veggies! It was delicious, start to finish.

Came in for lunch today, lady working was really nice. Place is clean service was fast. Not a lot of Mediterranean food in Denver and this is pretty good. Little pricy for what you get but worth it in my opinion. Fresh pita too and the chicken shawarma is great.
I absolutely loved zaman! The food was amazing and the falafel wrap was spectacular. The service was also a 1010. I had a great conversation with cashier in the front. She said her name was Ana, and she was beyond kind, helpful, and was considerate when understanding my dietary restrictions. Overall a great experience.
FANTASTIC restaurant, absolutely a must try! Everything we had was delicious from the chicken shawarma to the lamb to the zaatar pie. Hummus is the perfect texture and taste, and the salads fattoush and tabbouleh are so tasty. Definitely recommend!! Have been twice in the past week
